Bear Tracks Time is owned, operated, and maintained by Mursus LLC ("Mursus”, “us”, or “we”). This Privacy Policy is designed to tell you about our practices regarding the collection and use of information that Mursus collects through the Bear Tracks Time Application ("Bear Tracks Time" or "Application").

 

By accessing or using Bear Tracks Time, you consent to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice, effective upon its posting on Bear Tracks Time. Your continued use of this Application constitutes your acceptance of this Privacy Policy and any modifications or updates thereto.

 

Information Collection and Use

All application data is stored on your device or in your iCloud account (if you enable iCloud for the application). We do not, and could not access any of your data. If iCloud is enabled, your data is accessible from any devices signed in with your AppleID.

 

If you wish to keep all data on device only, go into your device's iCloud settings and turn off iCloud for Bear Tracks Time. This will not affect the apps functionality.

 

Bear Tracks Time does not collect any personal information.
